Community Trustee Area Districting (CTAD) Committee

On March 7, 2023, the FUHSD Board of Trustees passed a resolution indicating its intention to transition Governing Board elections from At-Large Elections to By-Trustee Area elections. The transition will see Board members elected from trustee areas, instead of by all District voters. In order to enable robust outreach for this process and assist in the process of developing draft maps for consideration by the Board of Trustees, the Board requested that a committee be formed. Applications for the committee were accepted from Oct. 13 through Oct. 30, with 45 total applications received from across the community.
