On March 22, 2022, Citizens' Oversight Committee member Srikant Gokulnatha presented the Committee's Annual Report for the 2020-2021 fiscal year to the Fremont Union High School District's Board of Trustees. This is the thirteenth annual report issued by the Committee. Mr. Gokulnatha indicated that the Committee was pleased with the work being done on the Measure K and Measure CC projects. They thanked the members of the Committee for their commitment to the Bond and Parcel Tax Programs.

The District contracted with Eide Bailly LLP to perform the annual audit of the bond funds for Measure K, Measure CC and Measure G as well as to verify that the use of the funds is within the scope of the published election materials specifying the intended use of bond proceeds for the year ending June 30, 2023. The Citizens' Oversight Committee reviewed in detail drafts of each Measure K, Measure CC and Measure G audit reports. The Board of Trustees accepted the 2022-2023 Measure K Annual Financial Report, Measure CC Annual Financial Report, and the Measure G Annual Financial Report on December 5, 2023.
