Animal Welfare Candy Jar Guessing Fundraiser 3/10 Come out to the quad stage this friday, march 10th during lunch to support a local animal shelter. Bicyclists -- do not lock or park bikes around baseball field and bleachers Bikers, remember to NOT lock your bikes to the baseball fences and bleachers since baseball season is starting. Bicycles will be removed and relocated if they are interfering with practices and games. Bike for Boba! Attention Bikers and boba-lovers! We will be giving out free boba to those who come out to the second Bike for Boba event on March 17th at 3:10PM by the bike racks next to the pool. Last year, this event gathered 80 high school students between Homestead and Fremont! The event allows students to advocate for full-time bike lanes on Homestead Road so that students can safely ride to and from school. The event is organized by Bike Sunnyvale and Silicon Valley Bike Coalition. The bike ride will last for approximately an hour, so if this seems like your thing make sure to stop by! The route for the bike ride will be beginner friendly. We will start at Homestead, going up Mary, taking Fremont Ave to Fremont High School, then heading south on Wolfe, and then riding back to Homestead HS on Homestead Rd. Near the end of the ride, there will be free boba for students.
