This special program for students will be during Tutorial and will provide 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students with an opportunity to learn more about Homestead’s educational options and to assist students in selecting courses for the next school year. THE COURSE INFORMATION FAIR IS MANDATORY – YOU MUST ATTEND ALL 4 PRESENTATIONS. Seniors will attend mandatory class meetings in the Field House on Wednesday & Friday during the Course Information Fair! Please note there will be a special bell schedule for the week of Course selection. Ferentinos Scholarship applications due Friday, 2/3 Attention Seniors! This is a reminder that the Nick Ferentinos Scholarship Fund is accepting applications from qualified 2023 graduating seniors until 11:59pm Friday, Feb. 3. This year, one (1) scholarship of $5,000 is available to support a student who is planning to attend a 4-year college in the 2023-2024 academic year. Applicants must be current Homestead High School seniors with at least a 2.5 GPA who demonstrate strong qualities of mentorship and exemplary performance in journalism and/or American Studies. Community Art Project - The Year of the Rabbit in support of rebuilding Ukraine The Cupertino Rotary is holding a fundraiser to support rebuilding homes in Ukraine. They are looking for local artists to paint Rabbit sculptures to be displayed throughout Cupertino in honor of the Year of the Rabbit. The Rabbits will eventually be auctioned off.
