Volunteer Opportunities

In consideration of student safety it is the District's policy to require current tuberculosis tests and fingerprint clearance for all volunteers, observers, tutors, regular chaperones, and any other miscellaneous personnel before they begin contact with students. Therefore all people coming into our District must comply with requirements for a negative tuberculosis test (current within four years), and fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice. All people coming into our District must be fingerprinted even if they have been printed for other Districts. Contact our Human Resources department for tb test and fingerprint procedures and additional information.

Parents and community members can get involved in the life of our schools through PTA/PTSA, School Site Council, athletic booster organizations, music, choir, and as volunteers that help keep the school running.
