Use of District Facilities
In order to request the use of a school facility it will be necessary to complete an Application and Permit for use of District Facilities. The form can be obtained by clicking on the Use of District Facilities Permit form on the right side of this web page. Complete the application fully and email or fax the school site listed below that you are requesting to use.
If the date(s) requested is available the on-site administrator will sign the application and forward it to our office. Please contact the school sites with questions about the fees for use of school facilities and insurance requirements. Thank you for inquiring about the use of Fremont Union High Schools
