Student Voice

Student Voice

Who speaks for the nearly 11,000 students of the Fremont Union High School District?

The expression of student voice in the Fremont Union High School District is vast and varied.  We value the opinions and input of the students whom we serve.  Front and center in representing student voice is Cyrus Miremadi, a senior at Homestead High School, who has been elected by his peers to be the Student Representative on the FUHSD Board of Trustees during the 2015-2016 school year. Cyrus acts as the voice of FUHSD students and is an intermediary between students and the FUHSD Board of Trustees and staff.  Click here to learn more about this extraordinary young man.

In addition, student voice is expressed through publications that originate at each of the five FUHSD high schools.  Below are the names of these student publications and clicking on the publication title will take you to the link of that student newspaper or literary magazine.
