Good Afternoon Monta Vista,
I am writing to notify you that this week there has been 13 cases of COVID-19 on campus. We have been and remain in communication with the individual who tested positive regarding the isolation protocol that they will be following. Please note that given the widespread nature of the Omicron variant, close contact can happen in and out of the school environment. We encourage everyone to be vigilant in monitoring for symptoms of COVID-19 and stay home if they do not feel well. Please consider vaccination and boosters if you have not already done so for yourself as well as eligible students.
We have an updated and reduced schedule for testing based on the declining demand for testing across our school sites. Testing will now be offered only on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, and will rotate each week between the various testing sites as shown in the schedule below. Please make a note of the rotation as shown below, as testing locations will rotate every other week. You can also view this calendar for each week's schedule.
Testing Schedule for the following weeks: April 4 & 18 (No Testing Spring Break),May 2, 16, & 30/31 (May 30 is Memorial Day Holiday)
Testing from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Mondays: Lynbrook High School
Wednesdays: Fremont High School
Fridays: Cupertino High School

Testing Instructions
Visit the landing page for FUHSD through Inspire Diagnostics https://inspirediagnostics.com/fremont-union-high-school-district/, then choose your designation (staff, student, family), school level (you will choose "high") and your school site. You only have to preregister once and you will be provided with a QR code. You can then use that code for any subsequent testing, at any site.
Additional Public Testing Site through Cupertino Union School District
Cupertino Union School District is now offering a new walk up testing location that will be open to the general public 7 days a week.
